It really is, seeing people get new stuff without a care is kind of difficult, but I need to stick to selling for the things I'm missing in my wardrobe. For me this makes me more aware of what I really like in my wardrobe and what can go. If I'm willing to let go of 8 main pieces to get 2 comfy ones, then I don't really love them!

I think this type of no buy works really well if you're difficult with selling or like to hoard (like me).
But once I get these things I really do want to do a full no buy, just enjoy the things I've gotten and see what I like to wear the most.
